Synopsis

Ninety-three-year-old Miss Amethyst Noble cherishes Noble House, her family's ancestral home and a symbol of their enduring legacy in Cambridge, Mississippi. When her dissolute son attempts to sell the historic property, Miss Amethyst resolves to fight for its preservation. She also turns her attention to her granddaughter, Little Am, hoping to instill in her the value of their family heritage. Whatever it takes, Little Am must learn that the Noble family's history is worth fighting for.
