Synopsis

During World War II, two British agents go undercover in a German psychiatric hospital, known as 'The Alphabet House,' after their mission goes wrong. They must navigate the dangerous environment, where patients and staff alike are not what they seem, to escape with their lives and sanity intact. The line between sanity and madness blurs as they fight for survival.
