This whole family needs therapy.
I liked this one better than The Fine Print. I like Iris's addiction to plants and her backstory on dyslexia. Even though Rowan and Declan are very similar, both have mommy and daddy issues, at least Declan show some interest for Iris and actually wanted a relationship for half the book. Points for that.
Maybe I would have enjoyed it more without that scene of Declan being and asshole to Iris when he already accepted his feeling for her and had serious conversations about how she felt on her dyslexia in the past and her abusive father. The conflict could have been something else and not just erase his character development for one scene.
Not my favorite marriage-of-convenience book, but it was entertaining.
So happy they changed the covers.
