Tentacles and Teeth

Tentacles and Teeth is a standalone novella opening Rowan Merrick's Consorting with Monsters series, a set of spicy monster-romance stories sharing a world with the author's Cairn Riders books. Katarina goes out looking for a single night of no-strings fun and finds it with the bartender: a woman with midnight skin and waving tentacles who knows exactly what she wants.

More was never meant to be on the table. But Katarina wakes the next morning still wanting not just to touch her but to talk to her, and then meets the bartender's roommate in the hall — a werewolf, entirely naked, and inconveniently appealing. She came in unprepared for one relationship, let alone two.

The novella is explicit MFF poly monster romance with a plus-size heroine. Books in the series stand alone and end Happy For Now rather than with a guaranteed permanent resolution.
