Synopsis

Haunted by a family tragedy, Miles Heller has spent years in self-imposed exile, working a dead-end job in Florida. When his relationship with a high school girl forces him to flee, he returns to New York and finds refuge in an abandoned house with a group of fellow squatters. As each resident grapples with their own secrets and desires, Miles must confront the past he ran from, including the father he left behind. The story explores guilt, love, and the search for connection in the shadow of the 2008 financial crisis.
