Synopsis

Sasha Vaughn arrives in Montana for a job managing the resort at Haven River Ranch, hoping for a quiet fresh start. Instead she has an awkward run-in with Jax Haven, one of the ranch's owners and brother of West, the hero of the series' first book, Crossroads. Knowing how much rides on her new position, Sasha keeps Jax at arm's length despite their obvious chemistry.

That resolve breaks down after a party at the ranch, and a single night together leaves Sasha unexpectedly pregnant. Both are forced to confront feelings neither planned for, while Jax patiently pursues Sasha even as she works through grief and baggage from her past.

Sunlight is the second book in Devney Perry's contemporary Western Haven River Ranch series, blending small-town warmth and humor with an emotional surprise-pregnancy storyline.
