It’s a wonderful story, world and characters. I rarely notice it but I realized I also love the writing, however, I was a little disappointed when I opened the book and discovered that we took a step back in Amma and Damien’s relationship. I know it’s a slow burn ( capital SLOW BURN) but they didn’t even kiss in the first one and they have lots of romantic thoughts on each other. The amount of times they were interrupted by something/someone in the almost-sex scenes made me furious.

It happened again that it was a little difficult to get into the story at the beginning but after that bump, the story went smoothly. The characters are amazing and even if I complain about the amount of side-quests, they are well thought out and enjoyable.
