Synopsis

In a future where climate change has trapped the American Southeast in a cycle of perpetual, hurricane-strength storms, the ruins of Charleston have become a lawless zone known as Stormland. Here, a former serial killer and a disgraced US Marshal must form an uneasy alliance to navigate a landscape ruled by corrupt plutocrats and dangerous cults. Together, they fight to survive the elements and the human predators lurking in the wreckage of a broken society.
