Speak. The Graphic Novel

Melinda's freshman year at Merryweather High begins with her as an outcast, friendless after calling the cops on an end-of-summer party. Nobody will talk to her, let alone listen, as she struggles to articulate the truth of what happened that night. Through her art project, Melinda slowly confronts the trauma of being raped by an upperclassman who still attends her school, finding her voice to speak up against her attacker.
