Synopsis

Joni Lark, a celebrated LA songwriter, finds herself creatively blocked and returns to her North Carolina hometown hoping for inspiration. However, her family's music venue is closing, and her world feels like it's falling apart. When a mysterious, half-formed melody and an alluring voice appear in her head, she dismisses it as imagination. But then, an arrogant and guarded musician arrives in town, sharing an inconvenient telepathic connection with Joni that neither of them wants.
