Karen Van Der Zee
Karen Van der Zee is a Dutch-born romance novelist, born 26 May 1947 in the Netherlands. She married an American development economist in Kenya in 1969, and his work took the couple to live in Ghana, Indonesia, the West Bank, Armenia and the United States before they settled in France. She began writing while living in Ghana, where she completed her first Mills & Boon romance, Sweet Not Always (1980).
