What a gorgeous cover! In a world dominated by cartoon-style covers, I love the ones that stand out (I hope it’s not AI).
I wasn’t sure I would sympathize with Daios, as his actions in the previous books cast him in a really bad light, but the author did an amazing job expanding his character. Anya’s actions and motivations didn’t feel coherent to me, but I still like her.
I'm relieved the story is still on the right track. I hope that in the next book, the author shows us more about the consequences of the explosive ending (wink wink) for the humans, and how the relationship with the undines develops.
Really excited for book three.
