Synopsis

After miraculously waking from a twelve-year coma, television evangelist Thomas Jeremiah Luther resumes his ministry with a secret agenda: to seize control of conservative Christian political power in America. When a young congregant suffers a near-fatal abortion, Luther manipulates her family into filing a high-stakes medical malpractice lawsuit. This landmark courtroom battle, argued by two charismatic lawyers, will decide a heated national debate and could pave Luther's path to ultimate power.
