Silvers

Humanity has been pushed to the edge of extinction by an ever-evolving demonic threat: portals tear open faster than they can be closed, Towers burst into the skies over the last safe cities, and Dungeons are mined in the dark beneath them. Quest Academy exists to train the next generation of Heroes capable of standing against it.

Into that world arrives Salvatore Argento, a new student with no prior experience fighting demons and no ambition to become a Hero at all. What he does have is a power unlike anyone else's at the Academy — one that could tip the balance of the entire war, if he can survive long enough to learn how to use it.

Silvers is the first book in the Quest Academy series by Brian J. Nordon, an Irish LitRPG author who broke out on Royal Road before Quest Academy was picked up by The Legion Publishers. It was published in July 2023 and has built a large, well-reviewed following among progression-fantasy readers.
