Synopsis
In a future Portland, Oregon, water is severely rationed, leading to widespread unrest and riots. A young activist, Maid Marian, rises in popularity by opposing the city government and becomes a symbol of hope for a desperate populace. As she and her allies strive to build a new community, they face powerful adversaries in the city and the National Guard, forcing their idealistic vision into a brutal struggle for survival.
