Despite some minor nitpicks, this is a very useful book.

I did find myself annoyed by the occasional absolutist statement or cases where the hand of an editor would have been helpful but overall there was good information and it helped me think about these things in a useful way.

I finished the book (audiobook) but I am going to purchase the book to keep in my collection. The book really does outline the benefits, barriers, and steps to the world of boundaries. A recommended read for anyone I know.
