Second Suns

This book tells the true story of two Nepalese boys, Ganesh and Dhurba, who were blinded by cataracts and lived in isolation. Their lives change dramatically when they are discovered by an American eye surgeon, Dr. Geoff Tabin, and his team. The narrative follows their journey through surgery, recovery, and their subsequent efforts to build new lives and bring hope to others in their community.
