Synopsis

Forced into a marriage by King John, Lady Johanna, a young widow, finds an unexpected alliance with the handsome Scottish warrior Gabriel MacBain. Though initially hesitant, Johanna discovers a deep connection and burgeoning love with her new husband amidst the Scottish Highlands. However, their newfound happiness is threatened by dangerous royal politics that could tear them apart.
