Saving Francesca

Francesca is starting her second term at a formerly all-boys school, feeling out of place and missing her old friends. To make matters worse, her mother—usually a force of nature—has suffered a severe depressive breakdown and can barely leave her bed. As her family begins to fracture under the weight of her mother's illness, Francesca must navigate a new social landscape, unexpected friendships, and first love to find her own voice and help piece her world back together.
