The book plot overall is a 3.75. BUTTT the audiobook is a 4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Sean Masters did so good reading Rook’s POV 👏. I enjoy a good dual POV, but don’t expect these two to go back and forth on their lines. Because each chapter that is their POV they will read that whole chapter.

Beginning started off great. I love the bantering between the FMC and the MMC. It really gave a similar feeling to Lights Out. Over time though when I reached the middle, plot felt so scattered. It does get better towards the end. I don’t really like FMC as much. Her character development felt like a repeat, like there was no progress being made until like close to the end of the book.

MMC… he’s a book boyfriend material for sure 🤭. I love a good biker romance and I can’t wait to see what more Kate Crew has to offer. Please do a book about Evie and Harper. I love those girls 😍👏
