Rolling Blackouts

Cartoonist Sarah Glidden joins her friends, who are reporters and founders of a journalism non-profit, as they investigate the impact of the Iraq War on the Middle East and its refugees. A former Marine and childhood friend also accompanies them, bringing an unexpected perspective to their journey through Turkey, Iraq, and Syria. Glidden observes the team as they gather stories from civilians, refugees, and officials, each person sharing their unique experiences.
