Synopsis

In the hardscrabble years after the Civil War, the witch Sadie Grace is wanted dead or alive, and every hired gun in Kansas is chasing the bounty on her head. Among the ragtag group flung together to hunt her are Old Tom, a genuine witch-hunter who knows what's really out there, and his silent, uncanny ward—a young person known only as Rabbit—along with drifters and misfits swept up in the pursuit.

Alex Grecian's Red Rabbit is a slow, meditative, blood-soaked odyssey across a haunted frontier, thick with ghosts, monsters, and folk magic. Part horror western, part elegy, it follows its odd company through danger and wonder toward a reckoning with Sadie Grace. The first book in the Sadie Grace series.
