After locating the fourth Rave, Haru and his companions finally reach their destination, only to discover the merpeople's village in ruins. Realizing this destruction is the work of Pumpkin Doryu and his gang, the heroes grapple with the daunting question of how they can protect the entire world if they can't even safeguard a single village.
