Synopsis

King Roshan was once the man Sura loved, but power has curdled him into someone who rules through fear and bends her Starkeeper abilities to his own ends rather than listening to her. When she finally escapes him, she finds refuge in Everlea, where King Darrius offers her the safety, and the desire, that Roshan no longer can.

But safety doesn't last. As an old prophecy stirs and the gods themselves begin to wake, the kingdoms edge toward a war that will force Sura to finally claim the full weight of her Starkeeper power, whatever that costs her, and whichever king ends up at her side when it's over.

The conclusion to Amalie Howard's Starkeeper duology, Queen of the Night Sky leans into its Indian- and Persian-mythology-inspired worldbuilding and Vedic-astrology-based magic system for a romantasy that resolves the love triangle the first book set spinning.
