PTSD Radio Omnibus 3 collects volumes 5 and 6 of Masaaki Nakayama's horror manga series, continuing the loosely connected short stories built around Ogushi, a curse that lives in human hair. Across the collection, ordinary scenes curdle into dread: an unseen hand tugging at a braid, a box holding nothing but a tangled mass of dark strands, a door opened onto a slow river of hair with something ominous at its center.

The series, originally serialized digitally in Japan before being collected in English by Kodansha Comics, is built from fragmented, standalone episodes rather than a single throughline plot, each one using an everyday object or moment to build creeping unease. Nakayama, also known for the earlier manga Fuan no Tane, is frequently compared to Junji Ito for his detailed linework and his ability to make the mundane feel wrong.
