Synopsis

A celebrated New York attorney, an atheist, finds his world upended when his daughter converts to Christianity. Determined to win her back, he takes the Holy Spirit to court, suing the church responsible for her conversion. What unfolds is a dramatic courtroom battle where a young defense attorney, who is also the daughter's boyfriend and the plaintiff's former intern, must prove the existence of the Holy Spirit, only to find it capable of proving itself.
