Promise Me Sunshine

Grieving the loss of her best friend to cancer, Lenny feels completely lost and avoids facing her grief. She takes on a babysitting job for a single mom, only to frequently encounter the mom's grumpy brother, Miles, who seems to see right through her facade. Surprisingly, Miles, who understands grief, offers Lenny a deal: he'll help her complete her 'live again' list if she helps him connect with his niece and navigate his complicated family dynamics.
