Synopsis

Private Oz, also published as Private Down Under, is James Patterson and Michael White's Australian chapter of the globe-spanning Private series. Investigator Craig Gisto launches the agency's Sydney office, only for a dead body to crash the opening party.

Dragged into organised crime and a spate of brutal murders among Sydney's wealthy Eastern Suburbs, Gisto and his team juggle cases that keep multiplying, including protecting a rock star who fears for his life.

With Patterson's short-chapter momentum and a distinctly Australian backdrop, Private Oz delivers a fast, twist-heavy thriller.
