Pretty girls dancing
Synopsis
Years ago, in the small town of Saxon Falls, young Kelsey Willard disappeared and was presumed dead. The tragedy shattered her family: a mother numbing the pain, a father losing to his own private demons, and a sister who never stopped needing closure. The wound never fully healed — and now another teenage girl has gone missing, dragging the Willards back into a past they've spent years trying to bury.
Bureau of Criminal Investigation agent Mark Foster uncovers eerie parallels between the two girls' lives, patterns that could expose a serial killer hiding in plain sight. But following them means prising open the Willards' most closely guarded secrets and reaching a truth far darker than he expected. To find the missing girl, Foster must first solve the riddle that vanished with Kelsey herself.
Kylie Brant builds a taut, multiple-perspective psychological thriller about grief, secrets, and the long shadow a single disappearance casts over a town.
