Synopsis

Amanda Kelly has spent her entire life trying to control every aspect of her world, driven by a deep-seated need for perfection and a nagging sense of inadequacy. The one constant in her life has been Noah, her best friend since birth. While their bond is the only thing she considers perfect, she refuses to acknowledge the romantic feelings that have grown between them, fearing that she will only ruin the one good thing she has.

As they navigate the complexities of growing up, Amanda’s internal struggle creates a barrier that threatens to push Noah away for good. When life events force her to confront her fears and desires, she must learn that she cannot control the future, only her reaction to the present. This emotional story explores the tension between past consequences and the possibility of a future built on honesty and love.
