Jeez... I thought this book would be more crack fic than anything else so I was ready for the laughs, the implausible scenes, and the bad writing but what I couldn't stand was the boundaries issues toward the end that bordered on the illegal (kidnapping, stalking, nonconsensual bondage), the lack of healthy female relationships (aside from the grandmother and the MC's best friend, the female characters bring each other down as if they are on the set of one of The Real Housewives shows), the 2D characters and the offensive sexist language (the word 'bitch' was said a grand total of 29 times and not in an empowering sort of way, it was even said by the male MC!). Conclusion: eff this s***!
