Synopsis

Percy Jackson and the Singer of Apollo is a short story by Rick Riordan set in the world of Percy Jackson and the Olympians, first published in 2013 in the anthology Guys Read: Other Worlds and later issued as a standalone World Book Day edition.

When the god Apollo asks Percy Jackson for a favor during Grover's birthday celebration, a simple errand turns chaotic: one of Apollo's golden singing automatons has gone rogue and vanished into Manhattan in pursuit of stardom. Percy and Grover must comb the city's theater district to retrieve her before the god's Olympian concert.

Quick, humorous, and packed with Riordan's signature mythological wit, the story slots neatly between The Last Olympian and The Lost Hero, making it a fun companion piece for fans of the series.
