Out of Breath

During a summer holiday, Flynn discovers a mysterious boy in her garden, leading her and her brother Sam to a hidden community of runaway children. Among them is a baby, a young pyromaniac, and the boy who awakens new emotions in Flynn. But a terrifying presence hunts them all, forcing them to seek refuge in an extraordinary house by a waterfall—a place that promises safety, but might hide its own dangers.
