Orla!

Orla Bard is an antique restorer, romance novel devotee, and birdwatcher navigating Seattle's dating scene with one complication: she's harboring a monster. Whenever stress, anger, or fear gets to be too much, The Ick, a violent creature living inside her, takes over.

Orla has learned to put her curse to use, unleashing it on the worst men she dates so other women don't have to suffer them. But when she finally meets someone she actually likes, she has to figure out whether she can keep The Ick in check long enough to have the love story she's always wanted. A romcom-creature-feature mashup about dating, rage, and the monsters we carry.
