I read this book during my pop-science phase, having already read a few similar books. Perhaps I would have enjoyed it more if I hadn’t already been familiar with much of the material. There were moments when I realised I already knew most of what was covered. But other than that unfortunate discovery, I think that this is a really good book and does a great service to the genre.
