This book details a collaborative initiative by engineers, architects, landscape architects, planners, and students to envision a 'soft infrastructure' for the New York-New Jersey Upper Bay. It explores interconnected infrastructures and landscapes, fundamentally rethinking the boundaries between water, land, and city.
