Synopsis

Exiled to a remote star system after a political maneuver made her look foolish, Captain Honor Harrington finds herself in command of an outdated warship and a crew that blames her for their disgrace. The system is rife with smugglers, hostile alien aborigines, and a dangerous interstellar republic.
