It was my first no spice read and I am officially obsessed! It has a beautiful Hallmark plot, but with more yearn (thank you to the girlies at Plot Twist, Please for this new bookish word) and relatable banter.

I love how the chapters are dual pov and switch from the MMC to FMC. It gives insight as to how each are feeling and what they're thinking. You're not left to make your own assumptions or draw inaccurate conclusions.

Evan (published author) discovers Rachel (virtually published fanfic author) after he stumbled on her work based off of his MMC. His publicist suggests a PR stunt to benefit both authors which leads to butting heads and personalities clashing. What starts as a heated rivalry blooms into a beautiful relationship.
