Synopsis

No Blood Spilled is a gothic vampire thriller set in 19th-century British India, where the centuries-old feud between two vampire-hunting families reaches a deadly climax. Sebastian Newcastle, a vampire who has spent his long life hunting his own kind, is pursued across the globe by his sworn enemy, Reginald Callender, who has vowed to destroy him once and for all. As the two men converge in the heat of the Raj, old secrets and a bitter history of betrayal threaten to consume them both. Les Daniels' debut novel blends Victorian atmosphere with dark supernatural intrigue, and it was later expanded into the two-volume duology The Blood of the Lamb. Fans of gothic horror and vampire fiction will find a richly textured world where the line between hunter and hunted is never clear.
