Nécrologie

As the police hunt the notorious Butcher of Christchurch, ex-cop turned private detective Theodore Tate takes on a seemingly straightforward case: exhuming a bank director's body for a widow suspected of murder. But an accidental landslide uncovers three more corpses in a nearby lake, and the director's coffin holds an unknown woman. Theodore must untangle this escalating mystery alone, all while desperately keeping his own dark past hidden from the authorities.
