My Enemy's Cradle

In Nazi-occupied Netherlands, Cyrla, a Jewish girl hidden with her Dutch relatives, faces imminent discovery. Her cousin Anneke, pregnant with a German soldier's child, is admitted to a Lebensborn maternity home. When Anneke's soldier disappears, Cyrla must make an impossible choice: take her cousin's place in the enemy's lair, or face certain capture. Nearly identical, Cyrla attempts to fool doctors, nurses, and other mothers-to-be, hoping to escape before her true identity is revealed.
