Synopsis

Dr. Kenzo Tenma, a brilliant neurosurgeon, faces a moral crisis when he chooses to save a young boy's life over that of a prominent politician. Years later, Tenma discovers that the boy he saved has grown into a ruthless killer, forcing him to confront the consequences of his past decision. He embarks on a desperate journey to atone for his choice and stop the 'monster' he inadvertently unleashed upon the world.
