Synopsis

Henrietta Barrett, known as Henry, prefers managing her guardian's estate in breeches to attending society events. When her guardian dies, her home and title pass to a distant cousin, William Dunford, London's most elusive bachelor. Dunford intends to take control, but Henry is determined to keep him away. As he tries to mold her into a lady, he finds himself increasingly drawn to the spirited woman he's supposed to be taming.
