This book is a 4.5 for me. I feel that the author explains a concept that is great for leadership as well as the employees. The quick format of this book is also great for the busy professional. The concept of being an architect of human potential spoke to me as a social worker and made sense when I think of the leaders I have worked with in the past and their impact on my progress. I would recommend this book to various individuals, supervisors, leaders in their respective fields since it makes so much sense.
