It really shown the scene and incidents happening in Midaq Alley, so thoroughly, so vivid, full of characters and their daily life. Cynical and a bit humorous too. I like that at first I don't really favor the characters that much cause of the personalities, some were so annoying and immoral but towards the end few lessons were shown, like a karma hits. I didn't expect that it ended with tragedy for some characters but the ending was very much showing that after all, life goes on. A short read and engaging, it was okay overall.
