Marvel Zombies vs. Army of Darkness
Ash Williams, the chainsaw-handed hero, finds himself transported to the Marvel Universe, only to discover it's been overrun by a zombie plague. He must team up with the few remaining heroes to fight off hordes of undead Marvel icons. This crossover pits the ultimate deadite slayer against a new, terrifying breed of monsters.
This series serves as a prequel to the original Marvel Zombies storyline, detailing how the zombie plague began in the Marvel Universe. While it enhances the experience to be familiar with the broader Marvel Zombies narrative, new readers can start here to understand the origin of the outbreak.
This crossover directly integrates Ash Williams and elements from the Evil Dead universe into the Marvel Comics continuity. It maintains Ash's established personality and his ongoing battle against the Deadites, now transposed into a new, undead-infested setting.
