Mad Kestrel

Kestrel has spent her life concealing her magical abilities from the powerful Danisoba, who control all magic. After her parents were killed, she found freedom at sea, where water negates magic. Now a quartermaster on a pirate ship, Kestrel cherishes her independence, but her hidden power over the wind threatens to expose her and end her way of life.
