Synopsis
What a perfect setting for a Halloween ball, thought Fiona Mallory as she walked into Queen's Gift, Viscount Rex Stinson's majestic mansion--if only the lavish estate weren't so far from London. As for the lord of the manor, he had never seen a more enchanting lady--if only she weren't a city miss who hadn't the sense to bring a sensible dress to the country. Yet from the moment Fiona and Rex met, it was pure magic! Inexplicable feelings drew them together, though their disagreements about absolutely everything drove them apart. She adored fashions, fripperies, and the excitement of the ton. He preferred plain clothes, simple pleasures, and quiet evenings. Ever the twain could meet? Maybe on All Hallow's Eve, a night when strange spirits roam and scandalous mischief brews, a most unlikely romance can flame into thrilling true love!
