Lovely Bad Things

Lovely Bad Things opens the Hollow's Row series with an enemies-to-lovers dark romance wrapped around a serial killer investigation. Criminal profiler Halen is drawn back to the town of Hollow's Row after the most violent crime scene she has ever encountered, and the case forces her to seek out Kallum, a man she once had confined to an asylum for the criminally insane.

Kallum's expertise in Nietzschean philosophy and occult lore makes him the closest thing to an expert on the killer's methods, but working with him means confronting the history between them that led Halen to lock him away in the first place. As the body count rises and the investigation narrows toward Hollow's Row's darkest corners, Halen has to decide how far she is willing to trust — and want — a man she once feared.

The novel closes on a cliffhanger, setting up the rest of the Hollow's Row series.
