Synopsis

Lou Reed's music explored themes of drugs, squalor, and transgressive sexuality, alongside some of the most moving love songs of his era. Often called the Godfather of Punk or High Priest of Glam, Reed redefined rock music. He pushed it beyond entertainment, making it literary, dark, and disquietingly honest.
